CA Arun Kumar Agarwal, Founder Partner

Arun Kumar Agarwal, the patriarch of the firm is an eminent personality in the field of Chartered Accountancy. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1983. He has vast professional experience in the field of Auditing, Management Consultancy and handling Corporate Affairs in different areas and proficiency in all fiscal tax laws including appearing before all appellate authorities. He has been appointed in the Board as Part Time Non Official Director of M/s GAIL India Ltd. by the Govt. of India for a period of 3 years. Also he has been appointed on the Board of State Bank of Patiala as Director for 3 years and Part Time Non Official Director on the Board of Small Industries & Development Bank of India by Govt. of India. Apart from it, he has been represented as member representing various committees of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has been nominated as member of "Panel of Experts" on MOU for the year 2014-15 by Department of Public Enterprises, Ministry of Heavy Industries and Public enterprises, Govt. of India.

Vimal Kumar Jain is a trusted name in the field of Chartered Accountancy. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1987.
